Just eat a good diet: There is no reason to take supplements for healthy people eating a good diet. (unless perhaps your cousin owns the supplement company). Keep walking!

Goals: Use of vitamins and supplements remains controversial in healthy aging. Your treating doc would best to comment in the context of your current conditions and treatment and weigh their possible benefits against risks. A balanced diet along with exercise usually suffices, in specific conditions and/or treatment supplements may be needed.
