See below: It is imperative that you consult a psychiatrist for behavioral therapy, medication and other advice. Exercising is as good as medication for mild-moderate depression. If you can start your day with 30 minutes of aerobic exercise, it will do wonders for your mood and health. Exercising in the morning may be the last thing you want to do, but it is invaluable.
