Give it little time: You just had gravel/rocks pass through tubes that usually just pass liquids. Those tubes, whether in kidney or lower in urinary tract like in ureters or urethra, can be irritated and they don't instantly heal once the stone(s) pass. If not having severe pain, fever, able to take fluids okay, give it a couple of days to heal. Then if still not feeling right, be reevaluated.

Agree with Dr. M: Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless to prevent formation of new stones. You should also get evaluated if there are other stones still in your kidney. Wish you good health!
