The dose for ciprodex ear drops is normally for 7 days. how long after the first completion (after 7 days) can it be used again? can it be used for longer than 7 days for chronic infections?

Shouldn't: For otitis externsa (ear canal infection also called swimmer's ear). One 7 day course usually enough, if not get ear canals cleaned out before starting a second course.
