A member asked:

Bloating, constipation, abdominal pain, burping, burning sensation in throat, feeling like there is a lump in my throat, feeling full quickly, sore throat... issues have come & go for a week... could be acid reflux? or covid?

Life style changes: The symptoms are suggestive of a combination of gastritis and reflux, unlikely covid. Life style modifications - regular exercise, eat smaller meals, do not lie down immediately after eating, avoid excessive caffeine, alcohol, chocolates and citrus foods. Breathing exercises for destressing.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor. If you are overweight, it is imperative that you lose weight, easier said than done, but essential. Wish you good health!
