Occlusive dressing: Depending on severity of the dryness to your skin, will determine how to address your problem. A dermatologist might be able to help with a more specific cream or lotion. For severe dryness vasoline petroleum jelly can be used. Before sleeping apply the vasoline to the skin. Thin layer only. Place your feet in a plastic bag, then place sox over plastic bag.
