What is the difference between periods and appendicitis ? is bleeding a symptom of appendicitis ? my daughter is 12 years and has frequent stomach pain ( mild or very mild and gets alright within a day or two or lesser than a day ) no other symptoms?

Vaginal bleeding: Would be highly unusual in appendicitis and there are many other possible causes for abdominal pain in children. Recurring and resolving pain would be also unusual in acute appendicitis. Her symptoms would be best addressed by her pediatrician on a focused exam and having access to her medical history.
