Can a gastroenterologist help with determining an actual diagnosis for what "feels" like abdominal pains but no one has been able to determine or help me in anyway, except for to drink a pando?

Definitely: Abdominal pain is many time hard to pinpoint to a cause due to multiple structures and the poorly localized nature of the pain. A gastroenterologist may be able to rule in or out some causes for the pain by performing specialized tests, such as an upper endoscopy if felt necessary. Your GP should be able to make further recommendations otherwise.
