Gall bladder concern: Young female with right upper quadrant pain after fatty foods (whole milk and ice cream) might have gall bladder dysfunction. Fried foods and fatty meats like pork might replicate pain episodes, which typically occur one to three hours after eating these foods. See your primary doctor for an evaluation. For pain that becomes constant or associated with fever go to er.
