clicking when swallowing. could my hyoid bone be hitting my thyroid cartilage? hyoid bone is very loose too. causes pain.

Hyoid click: Doubtful- the clicking is common with a lax hyoid and as long as your thyroid is normal in size and shape, do not panic. Good idea to make an appointment for an ultrasound of the thyrod and a medical exam.
