It is reflux.: You are right it is reflux and you could pay attention to what may be precipitating it like probably gulping and swallowing more air with feed. Make sure to burp the baby well and to keep the head up after feed to reduce chances of reflux. If the baby was playing on the back soon after feed may also predispose to such event. Burping well should help. It is important to prevent it going to the lung
