Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may take paracetamol for headache, no alcohol. Three weeks is long enough to wait and it would be prudent to see your doctor. Wish you good health!

Myokymia: If twitching around eye is associated with fatigue or eye strain is a benign myokymia. Headaches could be secondary. Suggest visit to one of our Concierge Docs to evaluate
