I have a feeling of coldness in my left side of chest. like they put a ice pack inside the left side of my chest. what can cause that? also brain feeling foggy?

Cold left chest/fog: Cold or numb?Pain? Consider COVID testing, would also consider early Shingles which can be treated with acyclovir, possible pulmonary disorder consider CXR and d-dimer to assess for clot ,versus autoimmune or neurologic issues F/U with MD/ urgent care /ER today.

Stress?! : The symptoms per se co not suggest a particular diagnosis However have a check up for blood pressure ruling out blood abnormalities thyroid disease etc
