Cold left chest/fog: Cold or numb?Pain? Consider COVID testing, would also consider early Shingles which can be treated with acyclovir, possible pulmonary disorder consider CXR and d-dimer to assess for clot ,versus autoimmune or neurologic issues F/U with MD/ urgent care /ER today.
