See below: What difference would it make if the long axis upper limit is 1.5 or 2.5 cm? Do you have any symptoms? Why was chest imaging done? All imaging results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests.
