Possible abdominal muscle strain from doing sit-ups. like an ache (no sharp pain, no bulge) that is daily, but not constant. the area does not hurt when pressed. going on three months. getting us in a few weeks. could it be something else?

Abdominal pain: While it is possible, it would be unusual to have abdominal pain from muscle strain for so long unless you are really doing strenuous exercises. I agree with getting an ultrasound and getting evaluated further.
