My doc did a minimal excision of a epidermoid cyst on thursday with no stitches. i changed the bandage today and noticed the slit in my skin where they cut my cyst open. should that heal on its own? it bled but very little?

Need to examine: If the edges of the cut are in apposition, it should heal by itself. If there is any sign of infection, you may apply triple antibiotic cream available over the counter. If you the wound is open, contact the doctor who removed the cyst. Wish you good health!
