Hyperthyroidism : By “sub clinical hyperthyroidism “ I presume you’re describing aympmtomatic hyperthyroidism. It is unpredictable when you would develop symptoms. You should get evaluated by an endocrinologist who may begin medication to diminish your thyroid gland’s overactivity.

Sub clin 2 clin? : This is a highly variable and unique to the individual person related to what their thyroid feed back control system is doing and what is controlling the rate at which it thyroid hormone is increasing. I would keep a diary and track the change in thyroid function bu plotting time on x axis and TSH and T3/4 on y axis. Slope tells u how fast u r progressing but only your dr can tell clinical state
