Abdominal pain: Sounds like you may be experiencing gastritis. Would not recommend staying empty stomach too long, and avoid irritant foods like caffeine, alcohol especially on an empty stomach. Do not use otc anti-inflammatories. Regular exercise and stay hydrated. If symptoms persist get evaluated further.
