Could be an ulcer: you could be having an ulcer that not related to your old gallbladder problem that diarrhea either related to high acid secretion associated with ulcer or still related to the bile dripping directly to you small intestine avoid spicy and greasy food eat multiple small meals no greasy food avoid dairy product and see your doctor you might need scope eat yogurt and banana might help with diarrhea
