Not to worry: A nasal spray is designed to place medicine locally and topically. Minuscule amounts may have entered your body, but not enough to have had ANY effect on a developing embryo. From now on, just use saline nasal rinse/spray to clear congestion.

Probably ok: This nasal spray constricts blood vessels to open the nasal/sinus passages for easier breathing. If used as directed it should be unlikely to affect a developing baby. It is really designed to be used only for 2-3 days at a time however.
