No: It is unlikely to remain in your system very long after exposure. Some bug sprays are considered unsafe in pregnancy, but the risks are low. What is more, certain insect-born illnesses are potentially more harmful, so you'll have to weigh your risks and benefits based on your location.
I usually recommend deet-free bug sprays.
