See below: Most cases of sinusitis do not require antibiotics and they are only recommended for the most severe and persistant cases lasting over 7-10 days. Safe antibiotics to take for sinusitis during pregnancy include zithromax, Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) and cefuroxime.
