Myocardial AB or: Antibodies to cardiac antigens are commonly found in patients after vascular damage to cardiac (heart) or pericardial (around the heart) tissue. The reference range (normal maximum) is less than 1:40. The physician can explain any lab finding relevant to the patient's condition. Best regards.
