Hello, just today i was started to have a green-watery diarrhea that simply doesn't stop, although i feel just fine, i'm drinking water, trying not to eat anything, yet i tried to take "smecta" with diosmectite for help with that. what it could be ?

Green diarrhea: I do not know the most common cause of diarrhea are where you live. Take pictures and a diary and review if anyone else ill who has eaten what you ate over last 4 days. Your team will know what is going around and best treatment if any is needed.
