For the past month ive had a muscle twitch come and go in my left foot. at first i could see my big toe actually move, now its a lighter twitch but the same muscle. ive researched everything but have no other symptoms. should i see a doctor?

Muscle Twitch: Sure. Your PCP can diagnose/rule out conditions. If no clear diagnosis you can ask him/her about taking magnesium. Peace and good health.

Pain and muscle spasms in both feet. Painful big toe twitching. Really bad in arch. This is constant since February. Been to a neurologist, rhumatologist and they don't know what it is. Blood work normal. MRI is normal- looking for disc issues.
