Hard to say...: When you let your doctor know about these symptoms, he/she will probably want you to get a thyroid test at the very least. When the thyroid is off, people sometimes have a hard time regulating temperature. They can also have symptoms that are similar to anxiety.

Freezing: If medical causes are ruled out, such as thyroid disease or effect of medications, then yes it is possible.
