Home exercise: There arw a number of video tapes that have good routines that be accomplished at home and range from intensity level as well as what goals u are trying to achieve.

Many options: Stretching, dancing, step aerobics, jumping rope, yoga, tai chi. Consider buying exercise dvd's or make the investment in a treadmill, nordic track or eliptical trainer.
