I have peripheral neuropathy on the soles of my feet, have been taking neurontin for 2 months, slight improvement, but feet tingle all the time, they don't seem to be getting much better. what should i do next?

Dosing: Return to your doctor and discuss this with the doctor. Neurontin is working but not enough, you may need a change in dose. Good luck!

Consider these: Neurontin is NOT curative, but does help suppress pain, tingling, etc. Alternative meds exist but may or may not benefit more. Some causes of neuropathy are successfully treated, so, might help looking at cause and effect. In cases of "small fibre neuropathy", the medical food MetanX BID may help over 9-10 months.
