The past 6 days my breasts have had a lot of sensitivity to touch and its become very painful. i dont have lumps however my significant other would leave hickeys and stimulate me on my breasts almost daily. did that cause the pain? what should i do?

LESS TOUCHING: Would calm down the excessive manipulations to your breast and also you did not mention anything about your menstrual cycle or if you had unprotected sex. Make sure that you are not pregnant that can have breast sensitivity as well
