My boyfriend gave me a hickey on my breast about a week ago, a few days later my breast was tender and aching. after about 4-5 days a bump/lump occurred. is this possibly a hematoma ?

Hematoma: Hematomas are bruises into the skin or even the under layers of the skin. They usually resolve. But if there was oral contact with the skin and the skin is penetrated, this could also be the start of an infection (called abscess) that would need to be treated more aggressively. Please see your doctor for a check.
