6 hours post extraction and there isnt much of a clot, i can see the individual root holes....should i be concerned?

Normal: Follow all of your Dentist or Oral Surgeons instructions to the letter, both verbal and written. Unless you are experiencing unmitigated pain, bed taste or foul odor, fever, malaise, you should be OK. If you have any concerns return to your surgeon. He/she is the person who knows your situation best, and whois responsible for your post-surgical care.
