It means you should : Many things potentially, and its foolish to think we will know the answer without a lot more informaiton, history, physical exam, and maybe other tests. From panic attacks with a bruised knee to severe blood clots in the lung and everything in between. Do you smoke? Use oral contraceptives? This is a great place to answer some questions (like "what is a pe?"), not a good place to get a diagnosis.
