My finger is stiff and swollen and hurts to bend this happened 2 days ago and never had a problem before what should i do??

Stiff /swollen digit: Was there an injury? If not may be infection-cellulitis especially if red and tender, or inflammatory autoimmune disorder. Would follow up with urgent care to get x ray and assessment for cellulitis as needs antibiotics. Initial manifestation of autoimmune disorder needs evaluation as well
