Its been 9 months my fingetips are dry, cracked due to which it bleeds with severe pain. and i dont know what it is exactly, hand eczema or something thing else, i use waterproof gloves for everything, and moisturize too. but no help?

Dry cracked fingers: Would follow up with dermatology or rheumatology as may be psoriasis (looks at times like eczema ) , other autoimmune disorder or fungal ( unusual on all fingers) . Could try over the counter hydrocotisone and antifungal cream ( as cortisone alone will worsen fungal infection) but if it has been going on 9 months likely will need stronger treatment .
