Tendinitis?: It would help to have more information (have you had an injury or change of activity or shoes?) but it sounds like you might have some Achilles tendinitis. Gentle stretching, ice, & topical & oral anti inflammatory meds & avoiding sudden movements would be helpful , as well as making sure to wear well padded shoes for athletic activity especially
