Hello. my age is 26 years and my bpm while in relaxing time is 89-95 and it's 100+ while eating or walking slowly walking or slowly talking it's reaching 100+ do you think is this a indication to any heart disease...????

Fast heart Beat: The heart rate is high for your age. You should get a complete blood test done with special attention to thyroid. Also if you are very sedentary and have baseline anxious personality, in some people it can reach those numbers and still be normal. Should get an ekg done and after these tests consideration can be made for further heart disease testing if needed.

HIGH REST HEART RATE: Well that is a rather elevated resting heart rate so need to know things like are you overweight, do you exercise, do you do a lot of caffeine, do you use tobacco, do you take medications or drugs. I would suggest that you get a good medical examination.
