Tingling: Since the tingling sensation remains very localized, and especially if it's a small zone, and there are no other body areas involved and no other neurological symptoms, I think you have an irritable superficial facial nerve that is more of a nuisance than anything serious. A neurologist can evaluate you if you still have concerns.
