The nipple pain: Is not related to the bleeding, also called hemptosyis. There a few reasons why she may vomit blood but all of them require a doctor visit. In the meantime get Omeprazole 40 mg per day, highest chance is an ulcer. Get a pregnancy test, could be recurrent nausea of pregnancy and elevated hormones, but bring her in, she sounds sick.
