SEE NEUROLOGIST: See a neurologist that specializes in headaches. Reduce caffeine as that effects headaches. Make sure blood pressure is alright. Good sleep/ wake routine. There are medications for migraines and preventative as well as rescue.

Some approaches: Migraines often respond to sleep, and could consider small amount of tylenol, or aspirin. Naprosyn might also be useful, if ASA a problem. If frequent migraines, would utilize preventative approaches, and OTC's include butterbur, feverfew, riboflavin, Co-Q-1-

Migraine : In addition to the other good advice given, please remember that there are several different types of migraines. Some are triggered by food, others by stress, others by hormones. Treatments such as biofeedback or clinical hypnosis can be very helpful once you have a diagnosis. Peace and good health.
