Migraine can be: treated in several ways as an earlier answer mentioned. As to the phone, perhaps you are afraid that it is emitting something that can harm you or you are pressing on a tender spot on you face w/it. Please consider biofeedback treatment or clinical hypnosis w/a licensed clinical psychologist. Peace and good health.
