Yes: The chronic tension is the danger, not the headaches , per.Se. A life spent in chronic tension can lead to severe cardiovascular (heart attack, stroke) complications later in life. It would be useful if you would do what needs to be done to lower the stress in your life, be that a change in lifestyle, employment, getting good psychotherapy.
