How come i get head aches so easily?

Hard to say: Everybody's headache is different even though we can classify headaches into migraine, muscle tension, etc. Only 1 in 20 people never get a headache. Some have triggers as with migraine. Some have chronic conditions that cause headache, some have neck muscle or temporo-mandibilar joint (jaw joint) troubles. Best way to find out is to see your doctor.
