My sons tooth is very sore and it is out of place the pain has been on and off?

Sore displaced tooth: Trauma? Infection? Parafunctional habit? Fracture? Baby tooth displaced by erupting permanent tooth? So many possibilities. Your son's problem will not self-cure. He needs professional help, now. Especially if caused by infection which will spread via circulatory system. We can't fix this virtually. See a local Dentist!

Primary tooth ?: If this is a primary tooth (baby tooth) then the secondary tooth is trying to erupt. If this is a secondary (adult tooth), then the occlusion could be off causing a prematurity. Either way, have him see his dentist to resolve the issue.
