Water intake: You may not be drinking enough water and dehydration is causing fall in blood pressure on getting up suddenly. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!

Presyncope: You experienced a presyncopal episode (this was not a seizure). Usually associated with postural blood pressure drop, perhaps from dehydration. Perhaps it is time to "check out", as seems to be repetitive. In meantime, increase liquid intake and get up slowly.
