Tension-type: Headache with lightheadedness is considered a chronic form. The clinical presentation is similar to episodic TTH except for the increased frequency of attacks. The headaches are usually bilateral and diffuse and often have tenderness in the cervical muscles (neck) as well as the pericranial muscles.
