Yes in moderation: You can eat persimmon fruit in moderation as it is an excellent source of fiber, Vitamins A, C and B6. It also has potassium. Persimmons are fat-free and are a good source of healthy carbohydrates and natural sugar. Best to eat after a meal, peel the skin and If you eat persimmons, eat them after meals. They can cause stones if you eat too much so eat 1- 2 per day.
