Its fine: As long as it doesn't appear to be spoiled if eating fresh and as long as it isn't expired if its in a can. There's not any evidence that eating a reasonable amount of pineapple causes any issues in pregnancy. There are some odd internet reports about dried concentrated pineapple that quite frankly are not likely science based.

Why not?: There is no scientific reason to avoid pineapple during pregnancy. But if it bothers you then you would need to avoid it whether you are pregnant or not.
