Can you damaged your ears when you pop them by pinching and blowing hard? because after i did this i got dizzy?

If you blow hard enough in the manner you described, it is possible to burst your eardrum ( tympanic membrane) due to the intense pressure differential. Dizziness can occur with or without a burst eardrum.
