? urticaria : Physical urticaria can be the cause, meaning symotoms as you described are related to exposure to physical agents as heat, sun exposure, pressure, etc.. you may want to avoid warm waterexpisure , if you can, although difficult, try cetirizine, OTC at least once a day on regular basis, and ask your doctor for referral to a dermatologist / allergist, best wishes
