About 1 down from the tip of my earlobe on the sternocleidomastoid i have a lump around an apple pip size. head & neck mri 6months ago all fine! what size are normal nodes in the neck and should i be able to feel any nodes? should i be concerned?

Depends: Normal nodes are not palpable. You may feel the node/lump every couple of weeks, if the lymph gland doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
